Making A Purchase
Click on the publications(s) you would like to purchase you would like to register for and select "Add to basket" to add them to the shopping basket. After you have finished making your selection(s), click on the "Checkout" and you will be asked for your name and address details and your method of payment.

Shipping And Handling
Publications are sent 2nd class post for delivery to UK addresses and by airmail to non-UK addresses. You will be charged for postage and package as follows: (UK addresses) £3.50 per item, (EU and Ireland addresses) £6 per item and £15 per item (rest of the world).

Delivery Schedule
For UK orders, allow 28 days from the date of issue of your Order Confirmation. In many cases the delivery time will be quicker. If you are interested in an express service, then for items in stock, first class or next day courier deliveries within the UK can be arranged. Overseas customers interested in an express delivery are asked to email their request with their order confirmation number to publications@hrwallingford.co.uk for a quotation.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will contact you to let you know and give you the option of cancelling your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
All publications are VAT free with exception of CDs, which will be charged a standard rate (17.5%) for orders in the UK.

Secure on-line payments are made directly through WorldPay (a Royal Bank of Scotland company). To enable WorldPay to provide secure payment facilities you will be required to supply your name, your credit or debit card number (with the expiry date) your e-mail and billing addresses, and (where applicable) the delivery address. Transmission of sensitive information (such as a credit card number) over the internet is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. HR Wallingford does not have access to your financial details.
